Evening & Weekend English-Tuition and Fees

Students are eligible for an early application discount of 10% if they apply by the date(s) indicated below. There is an additional 10% charge for late application submissions.

Fall 2024 Application Submission Period (per course)

  Regular application submission price: $540

• August 17–30

Spring 2025 Application Submission Period (per course)

• July 27–December 13

  Early application submission price: $486

• December 14–January 3

Summer 2025 Application Submission Period (per course)

• December 14–March 27

• March 28–April 17

Withdrawals and Refund Policy

• There are no tuition refunds for drops/withdrawals requested four (4) or fewer calendar days before the published start date of the course section or after the course section has started
• Fourteen (14) calendar days or more before the published start date of the course section: 100% tuition refund less $50 admin fee
• Between fourteen (14) and five (5) days before the published start date of the course section: 75% tuition refund less $50 admin fee
• Four (4) or fewer calendar days before the published start date of the course section or after the course section has started: $0

Eligible Georgetown employees may use their Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) benefits to fund Evening & Weekend English program tuition. Employees seeking to use TAP benefits must schedule an eligibility consultation by sending an email to guELC@georgetown.edu or calling 202-687-5978.
