When you come to Georgetown’s English Language Center, you’ll meet faculty in one of the oldest and most prestigious English language institutions in the country. For over 60 years, our mission has been to support a global community through the academic excellence and relationships fostered in our English language programs, anchored by the decades of experience in our diverse and distinguished faculty.
You will learn from dedicated English language faculty, accomplished in both classroom instruction and curriculum development. In addition to Georgetown, our faculty have partnered with countless governmental organizations and institutions to offer dynamic and innovative language courses tailored to both professionals and scholars.
In classes at the English Language Center, you will receive personalized attention from faculty in small, interactive classes, and can take advantage of advising sessions with program staff and faculty to assist you in reaching your English language goals. Joining the English Language Center will allow you to establish a valuable lifelong network with these faculty as well as the classmates and alumni you meet in the program.
