Courses and Curriculum

To earn the Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, you must successfully complete the two required courses for a total of 26 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), which is equivalent to 260 contact hours. The program must be completed in sequence as a cohort over approximately four months.

Teaching English as a Foreign Language (Online) (22.5 CEUs)
In-Person TEFL Practicum (5 Saturdays) or In-Person TEFL Intensive Practicum (Weeklong) or Virtual Intensive Practicum (Weeklong) (3.5 CEUs)
